Ascendiz Term of Services

1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing or using the website, applications, or API provided by PT. Ascendiz Solusi Teknologi (hereinafter referred to as "Ascendiz," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility and Account Security
‍Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
‍Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

3. Use of Services and API
‍Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services strictly for authorized purposes.
‍API Restrictions: You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, crawl, or "scrape" the API or website. Any unauthorized automated access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.
‍Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service (including the API) at any time without liability to you.4. Fees and Payment

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to the Ascendiz name, logo, software code, UI/UX design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of PT. Ascendiz Solusi Teknologi. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Indonesia, PT. Ascendiz Solusi Teknologi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:Your use or inability to use the service.Unauthorized access to your data.Any bugs, viruses, or trojan horses transmitted through our service by any third party.

8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the Ascendiz platform.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
